scala-700™ Skype™
Welcome to the Cardo Download Center for your scala-700™ Skype™ product.
On this page we will update the CVD software from time to time and we encourage you to always use the most recent version available. Before you download the software, please check if your currently installed version is up-to-date (click on the About pull-down menu of the Cardo Voice Dialer).
*Supported Operating Systems: Microsoft® Windows® XP SP2 or higher
Upgrade instruction:
1. Do not uninstall the Cardo Voice Dialer (CVD).
2. If the CVD program is running, please press Tools->Exit to exit the program.
3. Press the Download icon below and follow the instructions (Press run to start upgrading or Save to save the file on your PC and you may upgrade by running that file [setup.exe] from its saved location).
4. If you encounter the message "Setup failed copying the file SR_TTS.Msi to a temporary directory. Please check that your installation folder includes all the required files.", reinstall the CVD from the original CD that came in the scala-700 Skype™ Package first Then you should run the upgrade setup.exe file again.
5. Please reboot your computer after the upgrade is complete.
